Exchange Policy

We only exchange goods if they are faulty or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect within 48 hours of delivery.
If it is mistake which you are received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You should include your order number and contact with us to handle the exchange to [email protected].

Exchange do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all exchange must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to parcel during shipment.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
